What is a credit?
A credit is how Hobb measures work across channels. A phone-call minute is 3 credits, an email or WhatsApp is about 2, and larger items scale with their size. Every plan includes a monthly credit bundle you pick on a ladder.
How do I choose how many credits?
Both Starter and Pro share one credit ladder: 800, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 or 20,000 credits a month. Pick the volume that fits, change it any time, and top up if you run low. Most solo agents stay on the entry rung.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Same credit ladder and the same core service. Pro adds advanced drafting and automations plus priority support for a flat premium on top of your chosen credit volume.
What does the free preview include?
Connect Gmail, no card, and we sort a recent sample of your real inbox into one ranked to-do list so you can see how it works. It's a one-time snapshot: no phone number and no calls or WhatsApp, which are part of the paid service.
Is the phone number included?
The number is a paid add-on: +$8/mo billed yearly, +$10/mo billed monthly. A number costs us every month it exists, so we only issue one for paying customers. When you add it, texts and calls turn on right away, WhatsApp as verification clears.
Do I save by paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is about 20% cheaper per month than monthly, on both the credit ladder and the number add-on. You're charged once for the year; your credit bundle still lands every month.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Incoming calls and messages never stop, so you never drop a lead. What pauses is the AI enrichment (call notes, to-do extraction), which resumes the moment you top up. Auto-top-up is on by default, so most people never hit a wall.
Do credits roll over? Are they refundable?
Credits roll over while you're subscribed, and top-ups stack on your monthly bundle. Credits aren't refundable once they've been consumed.
How is my card protected?
Payments run through Stripe with 3-D Secure. We never store your card number, and your inbox is never used to train AI.
