This Cookie Policy explains how Redo AI, Inc. ("Redo AI," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at hobb.ai and in the Hobb application (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage, pixels/tags, and software development kits (SDKs) that perform comparable functions. They can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider we use), and session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remaining until they expire or you delete them).

How we use them

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Keep the Service working (strictly necessary): authenticate your sign-in, maintain your session, secure the Service, and remember essential state. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Service.
Remember your preferences (functional): such as interface settings.
Understand and improve the Service (analytics): measure usage, diagnose problems, and observe how the product is used, including (through Hotjar) session-replay and interaction analytics.

We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

Our analytics providers are engaged as our service providers/sub-processors and are listed on our sub-processor page. Where session-replay analytics are used, we configure them to suppress or mask sensitive input fields; even so, avoid entering sensitive information into free-text fields where not required.

Your choices

Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using the Service.
Consent banner. Where required by law, we present a consent banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential (analytics) cookies, and we set non-essential cookies only after you consent.
Preference signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar recognized opt-out preference signals where applicable.
Provider opt-outs. You can additionally opt out of specific analytics providers via their tools, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and the opt-out/"do not track" controls offered by PostHog and Hotjar.
