Five inboxes, each read by someone who can act on it. No ticket maze, and no phone tree, which would be a strange thing for a phone company to make you sit through.

If it is urgent and about a call

Hobb runs over your data connection, so a Hobb number cannot be relied on for emergency calls the way a traditional line can. Dial 911 from your carrier line, and register your service address in Settings so emergency services can find you.

Or text us.

Text Hobb

+1 (740) 577-0085

Text this number with a question about Hobb or your account. Your first text gets an automatic reply confirming that you will receive customer care and account messages from Hobb. After that, someone on our team, or Hobb's own AI assistant, replies only about what you asked.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number for marketing.

PRIVACY & DATA RIGHTS
Access, export or delete your data

Most requests are faster from Settings inside the app, which needs no email at all. For anything else, or if you are a contact of a Hobb customer rather than a customer yourself, write to us.
