Hobb runs over your data connection, so a Hobb number cannot be relied on for emergency calls the way a traditional line can. Dial 911 from your carrier line, and register your service address in Settings so emergency services can find you.
A human answers, not a chatbot loop. Include your number or the email address you connected and what you expected to happen.
Unwanted calls or texts from a number issued by Hobb, spam, or anything else that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy. Include the number, the date and the message if you have it.
Most requests are faster from Settings inside the app, which needs no email at all. For anything else, or if you are a contact of a Hobb customer rather than a customer yourself, write to us.
Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, keep you posted while we fix it, and we will not take legal action against good-faith research.
Formal notices, law-enforcement requests and anything the Terms of Service require in writing.
